ND3100 - 40

I don't exactly know what this is. These are a tall sheets frozen on the bottom and permanently dissipating that fog, like dry ice. It's a close shot cause I couldn't pass the fence that's close to it. I wanted to make a long exposure of the fog, but it's impossible with the daylight. So I came last night and sadly it doesn't work at night.
